RAIYAN IT AGENCY reserves the right to deny any refund request in cases of payment fraud, policy violations, or unethical conduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility for Refunds &amp; Transfers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds or transfers may be considered only if <strong>all<\/strong> of the following conditions are met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The advertiser provides <strong>accurate and complete information<\/strong> about their product and services when submitting campaigns for approval, including any prior suspension history on advertising platforms or with other agencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The advertiser <strong>informs and obtains approval<\/strong> from RAIYAN IT AGENCY for any changes made to the product, service, advertising content, or creatives before launching campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The advertiser does <strong>not violate<\/strong> any terms, rules, or policies set by the advertising platform (e.g., Facebook Advertising Policies).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The advertiser deposits the <strong>full advertising budget<\/strong> and pays all associated fees prior to campaign launch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The advertiser complies with <strong>RAIYAN IT AGENCY\u2019s Terms of Service<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The advertiser has <strong>no prior payment disputes<\/strong> with RAIYAN IT AGENCY.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Policy Violation Handling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If RAIYAN IT AGENCY detects that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Different creatives or landing pages are used without approval, <strong>and\/or<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The advertised content violates or is suspected to violate advertising platform policies,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>RAIYAN IT AGENCY reserves the right to <strong>retain USD 50 as a penalty<\/strong> and refund the <strong>remaining balance (if any)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Amount<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The refundable amount includes <strong>only the remaining, unspent advertising budget<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ad credits or vouchers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rental fees or agency fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taxes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any other incurred or processed costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are issued <strong>only to the original payment method<\/strong> used by the advertiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the original payment method is unavailable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Additional verification or information may be required on a case-by-case basis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>RAIYAN IT AGENCY reserves the right to <strong>reject the refund request<\/strong> if the advertiser fails to comply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processing Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Refund processing may take <strong>5\u201320 business days<\/strong>, depending on the payment method used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Request a Refund or Transfer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To request a refund or transfer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please contact your <strong>designated account manager<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email us at <strong><a>support@raiyanit.agency<\/a><\/strong> if you are unable to reach your agent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Policy Updates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These policies are subject to change <strong>without prior notice<\/strong>.
